DESCRIPTION:As previously indicated by email and mail, below, please find the HOA monthly fees for 2022.\nSingle Family Homes                   $109/month\nAlley Homes                                   $145/month\nTown Homes                                   $146/month\nThe new HOA monthly rate will be effective January 1, 2022. For those registered for ACH/DIRECT DEBIT withdrawals initiated by CAMP Management, the new amount will be adjusted automatically. For members that utilize bill payer services, please be sure to update the amount with your banking institution in advance to avoid late fees.  To make assessment payments online or sign up for direct debit, please visit www.gocampmgmt.com, and click on “Pay Assessment.”  \nIf you do not have an account, please visit www.ciranet.com/residentportal to establish an account. You will need your account number and your check digit number which can be located on your account statement and your assessment payment coupons.
