DESCRIPTION:We are gearing up for another great pool season at Urbana Highlands! The eSoft Pool Pass System is up and running for pool registration. You can access the system via our webpage at www.UrbanaHighlandsHOA.com.\nWere you registered last year?\nALL residents that were registered last year need to log into the eSoft Pool Pass System and update any new contact information, new photos if necessary and reaffirm the waiver on file. This must be completed by May 25, 2023 or your account will be suspended. It will not be available to reinstate until the next business day after the waiver process has been completed. So please complete this process prior to May 25th.\nNEW REGISTRATIONS:\nWith the registration process, photos are required to help the guards identify residents.  Please add each family member’s photo to your profile. Additionally, a waiver will be required to be signed and submitted by each individual being registered in order to activate your membership this year. Please an email to poolpass.uhhoa@gmail.com if you are a tenant/renter as we need a current copy of your lease.\nIf this is your first time logging into this system, use the ‘Click here to Register’ link by the login box.\n
