DESCRIPTION:We are gearing up for another great pool season at Urbana Highlands! The eSoft Pool Pass System is up and running for pool registration. You can access the system via our webpage at www.UrbanaHighlandsHOA.com.\nWere you registered last year?\nALL residents that were registered last year need to log into the eSoft Pool Pass System and update any new contact information and add new photos if necessary before coming to the pool.\nNEW REGISTRATIONS:\nWith the registration process, photos are required to help the guards identify residents.  Please add each family member’s photo to your profile.  Please send an email to poolpass.uhhoa@gmail.com if you are a tenant/renter as we need a current copy of your lease. Please allow for at least two business days to process your registration.\nIf this is your first time logging into this system, use the ‘Click here to Register’ link by the login box.\n
