Sidewalk Repairs – Bothwell/Briadwood/Ethan Ridge Town Homes

The HOA will be repairing sidewalks and storm drains on HOA owned property on Wednesday May 26th thru Friday May 28th. This will be occurring on Bothwell Lane and Kilchurn Alley. Residents parking in these areas will be required to park away from sidewalk and storm drains as requested and be flexible with construction crews as some parking spots may be blocked off for work or you may be asked to move your vehicle. Please read the attached carefully and plan to move your vehicle accordingly to avoid dust and let work proceed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

The areas impacted are not directly on Braidwood Drive or Ethan Ridge Drive as these are County streets.
