  • Inspections – Thank you for addressing issues noted in the recent inspection. Additionally, thank you for the feedback so that we may improve the inspection process in the future. Regarding outstanding inspection issues, once addressed, please send an email to URBHIGHL@ciramail.com so that your issue can be closed out on your account. Pictures are very helpful!
  • Replacing Your Roof? – Unless it is the exact same color and design as the original it must be approved by the HOA in advance.
  • Adding a deck or removing a tree? – Please log into the Resident Portal (CiraConnect) and complete and Architectural Change Request prior to beginning work.
