  • Project Work – One more project left – playgrounds! Check out this list of spring projects including work on the nature trail, pool pergola, playgrounds and sports courts. Thank you for your cooperation during the process.
  • Revised Pool Guidelines – June 14th – No Reservations Required. Max capacity 75 people. No Guests. See eSoft Pool Pass App for more details.
  • Annual Inspection – Begins in June. Now is the time to clean, paint, fix, repair, plant…you get the idea. Let’s keep the neighborhood looking great!
  • Replacing Your Roof? – Unless it is the exact same color and design as the original it must be approved by the HOA in advance.
  • Adding a deck or removing a tree? – Please log into the Resident Portal (CiraConnect) and complete and Architectural Change Request prior to beginning work.
