2026 Pool Pass Registration & Pool Season Information
Dear Residents,
Summer is quickly approaching, and we are excited to welcome everyone for the 2026 pool season! This year, the Association will be using the PoolEntry app for all pool passes and guest access.
Please review the information below carefully to complete your registration and prepare for the opening of the pool season.
POOL PASS REGISTRATION
How to Apply for Pool Passes
- Download the PoolEntry app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and create a new account.
- Select “Apply for Pool Passes.”
- Enter the 6-digit Community Access Code: 2DM79N.
- Provide your contact information.
- Review and accept the pool rules and regulations.
- Tenants must upload proof of residency as part of the application process.
- Select your passes.
- Enter the name and date of birth for each pass holder and upload a photo for each individual receiving a pass.
- Submit your application.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Applications are reviewed during normal business hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Most applications are approved within 1–2 business days.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Only one PoolEntry account is required per household.
• Family members may access passes associated with the household account from multiple devices.
• Residents may scroll left or right within the app to access passes for other family members.
• Passes may be activated on multiple devices.
• Additional guest passes may be purchased directly through the PoolEntry app using a credit card.
GUEST PASS INFORMATION
- Each unit will receive ten (10) complimentary guest passes at the beginning of the season.
• Additional guest passes may be purchased through the PoolEntry app for $5 per person, per day.
• One-day guest passes expire at the end of the day they are purchased.
LANDLORDS & TENANTS
Tenants may apply for pool passes directly through the PoolEntry app; however, proof of residency and a copy of the current lease agreement must be submitted as part of the application process.
Landlords are asked to please forward this information to their tenants.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR POOL PASS
Self Check-In
• Open the PoolEntry app
• Navigate to the “Seasonal Passes” tab
• Select the desired pass by scrolling left or right
• To access guest passes, switch to the “Guest Pass” tab
• Tap “Check-In” and show your screen to the lifeguard
• When leaving, tap “Check-Out”
HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE POOLENTRY APP
Android Users
Search “PoolEntry pool pass” in the Google Play Store and download the PoolEntry app.
iPhone Users
Search “PoolEntry pool pass” in the Apple App Store and download the PoolEntry app.

Pool Hours
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Holiday Hours (Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day) 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

PoolEntry Support Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
Limited online support is available on weekends and holidays during the summer season.
