Sidewalk & Storm Drain Repairs – Town Homes

The HOA will be repairing sidewalks and storm drains on HOA owned property, mainly focused on townhome areas (Brigadoon Lane, Place and Way as well as Kilchurn Alley and Bothwell Lane). Residents parking in these areas will be required to park away from sidewalk and storm drains as as requested and be flexible with construction crews as some parking spots may be blocked off for work or you may be asked to move your vehicle. Anticipate dust from this work.
